What is Pilates?

What is The Oov?
The Oov is a proprioceptive device, in other words it helps the user figure out what their body is doing or not doing in space. This apparatus works by activating the user’s core stabilizing muscles while also gently extending the spine to stimulate healthy inter-vertebral disc lubrication. This active response in the user helps achieve ‘neutral spine’, a widely used concept in the treatment and assessment of spinal conditions. This is one of the best ways to train balance for even the most fit. It also aids in the training of mindful movement.
